Praise Team


Our primary aim is to help the congregation enter into worship, as we ourselves seek to worship the Lord, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead us.
Qualifications for Praise Team Members:
  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • An adequate level of musical ability to be able to learn songs quickly
  • A heart for worship
  • The desire to work as part of a team
Singers:
  • The ability to sing on pitch
  • The ability to sing harmony
  • The ability to sing by yourself
  • Adequate vocal quality
Instrumentals:
  • The ability to play in many keys (guitars)
  • The ability to read lead sheets
  • Drums, must be able to keep good time,
    and be sensitive to the worship environment
Commitment
 Praise Team members make a commitment to attend practices and services faithfully when scheduled. Some of our team members participate on an on-going basis. There are also opportunities for others to participate as available.

 Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. -Eph 5:19-20
